Tiptop tyres is a totally independent family business, we have no ties to any manufacturer, we do not work on percentages so we have no need to sell you the most expensive tyre, this means that we can give simple,honest unbiased advice as to the suitability of any tyres

• TipTop has fresh deliveries overnight to our local storage facility, so we can supply you next day

• TipTop comes to you, wherever your vehicle is, at home or work, even in the evening or weekend. (and no extra charges)

• TipTop repairs punctures free on any vehicle in the family that we have previously worked for. (whatever the previous job was, all customers have free puncture repairs)

VERY VERY IMPORTANT

Puncture repairs are done within 24 hours,we do not have a free call out service to change a wheel, We will come out if we are working nearby. In the event that we respond to an emergency call a charge of £20 +vat applies.

If you have a puncture all you need to do is:

Fit your spare and call 01489 780367 and we will come to you and carry out the repair within 24 hours. Please tell us your tyre size when you call, we always bring a tyre just in case your tyre is not repairable, as a general rule if the nail/screw etc that is causing the puncture is within 1.5" of the edge then it is not repairable, if you have driven on the tyre and there is a dark ring around the tyre wall it is not repairable.

We will repair punctures free of charge on the following conditions;

You have previously had work carried out by us and;

1. The puncture must be within a repairable area, ie, not in the sidewall, and not outside of the centre three quarters of the tread width.
2. The tyre must have a minimum of 3mm tread depth, around the complete circumference of the tyre.
